An 18th Century Grandfather Clock by William Jourdain

A fine London-made clock, by William Jourdain, c.1775. The case decorated with chinoiserie motifs on a blue-black lacquer ground, all in dry, untouched, country house condition. The brass face features hour and second hands, seconds dial, and date wheel. The movement has been cleaned and is in full working order.
